Charmingo Child Safety Standards

Charmingo: AI Dating Assistant, provided by Ruth Technologies, LLC, is intended for adults aged 18 and over. These standards apply to its apps, keyboard extensions, AI requests, and support channels.
Prohibited content and conduct
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes real, altered, and AI-generated material. Do not upload, request, create, distribute, or facilitate such content using Charmingo.
Report a concern
Report child-safety concerns or unsafe AI output to support@charmingo.app. Include the feature involved and a brief description. Do not send or forward illegal imagery. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Response and legal compliance
We review reports, take appropriate action on content or use of our service that violates these standards, and address CSAM when we obtain actual knowledge of it. Actions may include removing content under our control, restricting abusive access, and preserving or reporting information as required by applicable law. We cooperate with relevant authorities and report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority, including NCMEC where required.
