Frequently asked questions
Does “on-device” mean the entire iPhone is offline?
No. App downloads, StoreKit purchases, update checks, support links, and the host app can still use network services. The claim applies to Charmingo’s supported conversation generation and OCR paths.
Does Charmingo collect my keystrokes?
Charmingo does not operate a server that receives keystrokes or typing history.
What happens to favorites?
Favorites you intentionally save use local Apple-provided storage and can be accessed on that device.
